Virtual British Charcuterie Tasting Sat 10 Oct
Terra Madre, which usually happens in Turin every alternative year has, for obvious reasons, gone online â€“ a greater opportunity for a world-wide audience.
I am running a virtual tasting on Saturday 10 October at 1pm introducing and tasting British Charcuterie from two of British Charcuterie Liveâ€™s award-winning producers â€“ Trealy Farm and Tempus Foods.
As well as tasting, I aim to explore â€œWhat is British Charcuterieâ€ and its recent developments and would be delighted if you would join me.

The cost of a Charcuterie Tasting Box is Â£12 and as a special fringe festival offer, Heritage Cheese, the suppliers are offering FREE delivery.
It contains 60g per charcuterie of four products â€“ two each from Tempus Foods and Trealy Farm
Orders will need to be placed by Wednesday 7 October, 7pm latest in order to ensure delivery for Saturday.
