Everything we sell can be traced back to the farm of its origin, and we work very closely with our local suppliers to make sure all our meat is high welfare and non-intensive.
As well as purchasing from local farms we also rear a large quantity of our own beef and lamb at our farm in Tetford a mere 9 miles away, which is where our Longhorn beef, that won Britains Best Steak comes from.
We butcher, cure, prepare and bake everything, from our Champion dry cured bacon and award winning sausages to our traditional pork pies and genuine Lincolnshire stuffed chine.
