We still buy livestock direct from the farm or through the local livestock market in Bridgnorth, still dry ageing our beef the traditional way, our lamb comes through the Staffordshire lamb scheme from Roger Swift who farms at Weston Park and Andrew Wright who farms on the Shugborugh hall estate.
