Virtual British Charcuterie Tasting Sat 10 Oct
This year, British Charcuterie Live is delighted to be part of the Terra Madre Fringe Events.
Terra Madre, which usually happens in Turin every alternative year has, for obvious reasons, gone online – a greater opportunity for a world-wide audience.
I am running a virtual tasting on Saturday 10 October at 1pm introducing and tasting British Charcuterie from two of British Charcuterie Live’s award-winning producers – Trealy Farm and Tempus Foods.
As well as tasting, I aim to explore “What is British Charcuterie†and its recent developments and would be delighted if you would join me.
To take part, first you need to:
1) Register your seat with Terra Madre using this link
Then, if you’d like to take part in the tasting and taste along with me, you need to
2) order your charcuterie tasting box using this text for link
The cost of a Charcuterie Tasting Box is £12 and as a special fringe festival offer, Heritage Cheese, the suppliers are offering FREE delivery.
It contains 60g per charcuterie of four products – two each from Tempus Foods and Trealy Farm
Orders will need to be placed by Wednesday 7 October, 7pm latest in order to ensure delivery for Saturday.
If you are local to Borough Market, you may prefer to collect your box in person. If so, please click on the ‘add a note’ when you get to checkout, say that you will collect and include your mobile number.
