The Smithfield Awards are our annual celebration of the finest in craft butchery. Open to Q Guild members, the awards recognise outstanding products across a wide range of categories, from traditional favourites including sausage and bacon to innovative ready-to-eat dishes. Judged by industry experts, winners receive Gold, Silver or Bronze awards, with our top honours revealed at a special annual event at Butchers’ Hall in London.
