C N Wright are a family butchers established in 1888. Currently run by the 4th and 5th generationWith a wealth of experience we pride ourselves on the finest quality meat, cut and produced to the highest standards.

Our Beef mainly comes from two local farms, one that we have been trading with for over 100 years and forty years with the other.

Lambs are sourced from a Derbyshire farm and pigs are farm assured from only quality suppliers.

Sausages are a speciality here at C N Wright with a wide variety on offer. There are numerous Gold Awards displayed within the shop.

Dry cured bacon is produced on site, as is a wonderful array of cooked meats.

We have a wide range of BBQ products including marinated steaks, chicken and kebabs.

Home-made ready meals including Lasagne, Cottage Pie and Curries.

Our Bakery products are home-made and include: Beef steak pies, Pasties, Sausage Rolls and Pork Pies. We are proud to say we have twice won the prestigious Diamond Award (2011 & 2015) for our Pork Pies and they also won Best Pork product in show.
