Our mission is to reconnect people with their food. Over the years a disconnection between consumer, producer and the land has been created. We strongly believe that this connection needs to be recreated, and we need to make the land and its health our main priority. The way in which an animal is managed affects its flavour, fat content and nutritional value. Along with better tasting animals with greater health benefits, its about the life the animal lives, and doing what nature intended.
I am a fourth-generation famer and butcher; creating a sustainable, ethical and traceable farming business. I practice and promote regenerative agriculture that has the highest animal welfare standards, farms in a sustainable manner and ensures every cut is utilised. These skills are combined with expertly selecting and sourcing the finest cuts, that are heavily marbled, have a depth of flavour and aged to perfection. Craft Meat is a form of art, and something that I am proud to champion.
