WBC 2025 - Q Guild Member 'Meet-up'

The World Butchers' Challenge (WBC) - often referred to as the "Olympics of Butchery" - is an international competition that celebrates the art, skill, and innovation of butchery. The 2025 edition of the WBC is set to take place in Paris, France, from March 30 to April 1, at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, one of the city's premier exhibition venues. 

With the previous WBC having taken place in Sacramento USA and the next likely to be located in the Southern Hemisphere, this is a rare opportunity to observe, first hand, elite butchers, young talents, and apprentices from across the globe. 

Q Guild, as Team GB/UK Lions Board Members and Sponsors, have been directly involved in squad selection & training sessions for what are proving to be a hard-working and highly motivated team of skilled artisans at the peak of their craft.
